1. Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to TRUE Pulse and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“TRUE Pulse Group”). It governs all Personal Information processed by TRUE Pulse in the course of providing services, including information relating to Customers, prospective customers, and end users whose information is processed on behalf of Customers through our Call Analytics Services.

2. What Information We Collect

Customer Information

We may collect information such as name, business name, address, email address, phone number, identification and tax documentation (PAN, Aadhaar, GST), payment details, and correspondence records.

Individual Information

Collected on behalf of Customers through Call Analytics Services, including caller ID, call recordings (if enabled), IP address, device information, browser data, session identifiers, cookies, and analytics data.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless explicitly required and consented to by you.

Where call recording features are enabled, Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from end users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

TRUE Pulse and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to analyze website performance and user behavior. Users may disable cookies via browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

5. Google Ads Integration

Our services integrate with Google Ads to enable call tracking, campaign attribution, and conversion measurement. When you connect your Google account, we access certain Google user data via Google APIs, including campaign performance data, click identifiers (such as GCLID), and related reporting metrics.

Access to this data is granted only after explicit user authorization via Google OAuth.

We use this data solely to:

  • Attribute inbound calls to advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report campaign performance
  • Upload call-based conversion events to Google Ads

We do not:

  • Use Google user data for serving advertisements or personalizing advertisements
  • Use Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving our core services
  • Sell or transfer Google user data to third parties
  • Use Google user data to create or infer user profiles

TRUE Pulse’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not allow humans to access Google user data unless:

  • We have your explicit consent
  • It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse or fraud)
  • It is required to comply with applicable law

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except:

  • As necessary to provide and improve our services (including trusted subprocessors under strict confidentiality obligations)
  • To comply with applicable laws or regulations
  • With your explicit consent

We do not use Google user data for any automated decision-making unrelated to the core functionality of our services.

Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account permissions page.

Users may request deletion of Google user data, and we will delete such data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

6. Data Retention

Personal Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or comply with legal and contractual obligations. Data is securely deleted or anonymized once no longer required.

7. Data Security

TRUE Pulse implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest, secure transmission (HTTPS), role-based access controls, audit logging, restricted access, and regular security reviews.

8. Data Sharing, Integrations & International Transfers

We may share Personal Information with affiliates, subprocessors, service providers, professional advisors, and authorities where legally required. Appropriate safeguards are applied for any international data transfers.

9. Third-Party Integrations

9.1 Use of Integrations

Customers may integrate TRUE Pulse with third-party platforms such as analytics, advertising, CRM, and automation tools. Data is transferred only as required to deliver integration functionality.

9.2 Nature of Data Transfer

TRUE Pulse may access and process data from third-party platforms (such as Google Ads) only as authorized by the user for the purpose of providing requested integrations and services.

9.3 Termination Handling

Upon termination or disabling of integrations, data transfers stop immediately. Data already transferred remains subject to the third party’s retention policies.

9.4 Customer Responsibility

Customers confirm they have obtained necessary consent and understand that TRUE Pulse cannot delete data already transmitted to third-party platforms.

10. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting privacy@truepulse.co.in.

11. Marketing and Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

12. Data Breach Notification

TRUE Pulse will notify affected parties and authorities as required by law and take prompt remedial action.

13. Children’s Data

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. Any such data identified will be deleted immediately.
