1. Introduction

Welcome to TRUE Pulse. These terms and conditions govern cancellation and refund requests made through our website, truepulse.co.in, and apply to all subscription plans unless otherwise stated.

2. 15-Day Refund Policy (Half-Yearly & Annual Plans)

For half-yearly and annual subscription plans, TRUE Pulse offers a full refund within the first fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.

To process the refund, customers are required to participate in a brief feedback call. This helps us understand your concerns and continuously improve our services.

3. Quarterly Plan Refunds

All quarterly subscription plans are non-refundable. This applies even in cases where a one-time trial or promotional access was offered by the sales team prior to purchase.

4. No Refund Due to Misunderstanding or Misconduct

Refunds will not be provided in circumstances where:

  • The user has misunderstood the product features or service scope
  • The user has engaged in inappropriate, abusive, or unprofessional behavior with our support or sales teams
  • Refunds are demanded due to disagreements with our team
  • Support is sought outside designated support hours and cited as grounds for a refund

5. Case-by-Case Evaluation

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of TRUE Pulse in accordance with this policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

TRUE Pulse reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located in Bangalore, India.
